"Very much enjoyed our stay. Views of the harbour are outstanding. We were on the 13th floor so train noise didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The special choice of 2 or 3 course dinner for hotel guests was superb so we did it 2x. They do the same one 2 days in a row, then change it, so be careful of that. They give you a glass of sparkling wine with it. Very nice staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention to go to Central Station and buy a train pass. We asked what to get and they suggested $35 purchase. We used it a lot, including a return trip to Manly on the ferry from Central Quay."
"Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires. "
"I stayed in the Deluxe Studio room with 1 King Bed and Harbor View. To be honest when I booked my stay via Expedia I wasn’t paying too much attention as to whether the hotel was a 5 star or 4 star, but the minute I stepped into my room my eyes lit up and I started paying attention. Firstly all the lighting, temperature control and blinds are controlled by touch sensitive switches, pretty sleek. When you enter your studio, touch the ‘blinds open’ switch, the blinds open automatically and you are greeted with an immaculate looking kitchen and living room with a breathtaking view of the harbour. Walking into the bedroom is a whole new experience, have the blinds open automatically and you get immersed with the harbour view right next to your king sized bed, so waking up each morning was an experience I’ll never forget. The bathroom comes with rainfall shower and bathtub along with designer toiletries that smell great. Having my rainfall shower each morning was always one of the highlights of my day before heading out for breakfast at the on-site restaurant called the BTWN. Like I said earlier this opened my eyes to what a 5 star hotel really means. Lastly, to top up the experience of my entire stay, the staff and Studio Insider Manager went out of their way to ensure my stay or needs were treat as a priority, at least that’s how it felt to me and this truly made me feel welcome and of significance more than they may know, thanks you all.
