Great location and views. Excellent helpful staff at front desk. Small room and minor problems: drain in sink would not close, magnetic strip that keeps shower door closed was missing so door stayed open an inch or so floor mat was wet our entire stay, roll up shade on window did not work properly.

Pool and most amenities are at sister facility next door so would of been nice to know ahead of time as would stayed next door. No coffee in rooms had to pay daily for coffee as well as get dresses and go downstairs to get. Carpet looked dirty as well as room needed a good dusting. Some other issues with vuew due to construction of harbourside but out of thier hands.

Disappointing
Booking was made late due to a flight disruption. Phoned hotel and was advised to book online if rooms were available. Booked online and arrived 11.30pm to find out no room was free. Spent the next hour or so trying to find alternative accommodation before Ibis managed to get a room next door at Novotel (who had advised they were full an hour earlier). Very disappointed in the ability to book a room when nothing was actually available.
