"Very classy looking hotel. Hospitality they provide are great.. never felt so welcoming as this. first time in hanoi is not an issue, they can provide anything from tour package arrangement, transportation, places to eat, to shop, and even money changer just at front receiptionist. Hope to come back to hanoi again in near future... "
