Great Staff.
The service from the staff at this hotel was excellent 5-Star. Tee was so welcoming and friendly and provided anything we needed. Tee also arranged all our tours, and we would recommend all of them. The lady cooking the breakfast cooked good food. The hotel was in a great location. However our balcony room was not ready for the first two nights, we were told the room was doubled booked. We did receive compensation for this, our airport transfer was covered by the hotel which we thought was good. The first room we were put was clean but very outdated with stained and old worn sheets which we didn't feel comfortable sleeping in. The bed however was very comfortable and the room was large with a good shower. When our balcony room was ready it was not like you see in the pictures, it was very dated and we had ants in room and there was black mold coming through on the ceiling. Apart from that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the air-con worked good and the TV had English speaking channels. Having the balcony was good, but the room did let us down and we were staying for 9 nights. The staff however were so fantastic, staying for a few nights would be fine.

Good 6.0
This is a decent hotel at a decent price. There are some minor issues with flaking paint in corners but unless you are looking you won't really notice. The staff are very nice, the breakfast options simple but good. But overall, there is just a bit of a thrown together feel about it. Mismatching towels, hotel name in pen on the laundry form, that kind of thing. None of it deal breakers. What I was upset about was that I booked a balcony room for 4 nights. And even tho I had been in contact before my trip to confirm an airport pick up it wasn't mentioned to me until I was sweaty and tired in the hotel that the balcony room wasn't available for the first two nights. I got a free airport transfer to go towards the cost of the change in rooms cost, but what I wanted was my balcony I had been looking forward to arriving to. If what I wanted wasn't available, I should have been told ASAP and been given the option to cancel without penalty. That aside, when I finally did get my balcony room, I loved it. It was perfect for sitting with a beer after a few days of tours and walking the old town.

Brilliant staff, and amazing hotel.
Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help. Nice breakfast and located right in the old quarter. The traffic and mopeds are just amazing. The city has lots of great museums, temples, which are all in walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel and staff.
The room very spacious, and quiet, with such a big bed. Love the balcony, from where you can observe the local life. The staff prepared a small surprise for my couple as it was his birthday, so nice of them. It was perfect. I arranged one trip with the hotel and it was perfect. Good quality. The location is also great, in the middle of the bustling area of the old quarter, the best place to stay for tourists without doubt. In summary, very good value for money.

Good hotel.
We stayed here for 4 nights recently. Good value. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good with several choices, although the pancakes are crepes. The online booking site gave us the impression we'd be able to stay in one room. The location was great with easy access to banks, fruit smoothie stands, good food stalls, and thoroughfares to take us wherever we wanted to go. The place held a bag for us while we traveled for a few days and was ready to call us taxis or Grab Car/Uber when needed.

Fantastic location and staff.
Loved it!!! My husband and I had a great experience in Vietnam and loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious; our room was clean and beautifully appointed; we had a private balcony that overlooked the city streets; and the staff was absolutely amazing! They took care of EVERY detail for us. They recommended restaurants; called ahead to ensure our day trips were secured and pick up times confirmed with our tour guide; provided helpful directions in the city; and they made it clear that they were there to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Hanoi and we can't wait to go back.
