Well-located, modern hotel in Old Quarter
We had a quick one-night stay at La Sinfonia. We could not fault the location - it is well positioned in Old Quarter and on a side street off the main road, so the traffic is less. We faced the lake and didn’t notice any road noise. We had stayed at a different hotel in Hanoi earlier in our trip. This hotel was better positioned but had smaller rooms. We also weren’t a fan of the bath/shower but asides from that, we thought it was a great hotel! Although there is no pool, the rooftop bar is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was also great!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a great location in old French quarter. Staff are really friendly and make every effort to give a good service. Rooms are nice and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere and fantastic view of the lake.

The staff (Rose is absolutely amazing), location and amenities at La Sinfonia Del Rey in the Old Quarter of Hanoi are remarkable. Would definitely stay here again. The spa services are also excellent.

The hotel La Sinfonia del Rey is located one block from the lake. On weekends, the streets are closed for street vendors and pedestrians only. Rose, our customer relations supervisor was excellent and she made sure our stay was comfortable and any complaints (we needed a stand up shower) and she arranged to have our room changed. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating to endure we had a great experience at the hotel.
