Beautiful hotel but noisy
The hotel is clean and luxurious. The staff area friendly and always making sure your stay is going well. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options available. Only problem with this hotel is the noise at night. Not from the outside, but from other guests. The walls are thin and there are windows in the rooms to the hallways. You hear everything, not only from the floor you’re on, but the floors above and below. The hotel also has speakers in the ceiling in the hallway that they pipe music through. The volume level is too loud. I had to call the reception at 10:30 PM to have it turned down. No reason for this music to be playing. The room was beautiful, clean, and always hot water.

Nice chic hotel with great services/amenities and great location to be in the heart of Old Quarter. Our room with balconies was very charming and comfortable. Great reasonably priced massages with discounts— Hà and Hàng loosened all the knots and made us feel light like a flower after ;) Rooftop bar was convenient and nice view to grab a drink. Love love this hotel!!

Perfect stay!
Just a lovely little hotel. We reserved our room at the last minute to escape a terrible hotel. This place was perfection. Elegantly decorated, clean, comfortable, and amazing service. The breakfast is very good, with different dishes each day. Roof top bar is wonderful! Highly recommend.

Super hospitable hotel!
Excellent team of staff. They were very attentive and polite. They kept checking if everything was okay. I do recommend getting a bigger room if you have big suitcases. My executive double room was rather tight with just enough walking room. The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many options to choose from and the pho was really good. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely be back.

A wonderful hotel that looks exactly as it appears in the pictures. Well located with excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is tasty and the roof top bar is well priced with good standard alcohol. It’s well located to everything yet not too noisy. Overall very good value for money and we would recommend.
