Overpriced & super small
Unfortunately I was not impressed with our apartment. For over $800 for 2 nights, the apartment was extremely small for a family of 5. This apartment would be good for 2 people maximum I'm afraid. Bathroom more like the size of a cupboard & given 1.5 toilet rolls for a family of 5. The 2nd bedroom also the size of a walk-in robe with the double bottom bunk completely filling the room, no space on any side, basically touching the walls. Had to keep clothes bags in the hallway.....Then the single top part of the bunk bed very unstable & cheap & the slats were actually cracked & broken, so quite dangerous & not safe to sleep on. No staff available at check-in to greet us or explain parking. Some random young man came downstairs to meet me after several phone calls & waiting for over 20 mins, it was his first day he said, & he was a cleaner, so couldn't even tell me about parking etc. Then had to make several more phone calls to organise parking which was included in the price of the room. Poor standards for the money you are paying, very disappointing. This apartment should not be allowed to come up as an option for a family, definitely ripped off sadly. Will not be staying here again & would not recommend.

Poor 2.0
Car was towed. Did not know we couldn't park in the building. Doesn't tell you when you book. Apparently in the confirmation letter after you book. You have to pay more money. $680 extra to collect car plus uber. Owners said don't care not their problem if you don't book a car spot which you don't know till after you have booked

Poor 2.0
Plenty of better places around
The place was filthy, when we got to our floor there was rubbish all over the floor and smelt, the signage had basically been destroyed everywhere and it was hard to tell what was what, we an apartment that didn’t even have a kettle but did have some manky old pot that we didn’t bother boiling water with, balcony door handle just spun around and around wouldn’t lock and we had kids, had a shower the handle for the water just fell off, when I rang about this stuff I was told the manager isn’t in, expecting a call back at some point noone had ever called, the way the check in works was a bad joke waiting for a key off 1 person for the room then having to wait for a key to the car park which was reserved earlier, trying to get out of the place was worse as there’s no reception I had to get the car out run back up to the room with the key then leave the keys there then get the lift out, may not sound bad but was painful with 2 kids, many people there were in the same boat asking me where their rooms were or how to use the lift ect as there was no reaction or real instructions on anything, the balcony was covered in mud even in the 12th floor from the construction site but definitely no one had cleaned it for a while, we did all fit but was a tiny room the kids bed took up the entire room, I believed it was a 4 plus star accomodation but when reading later I see it is self rated and in the real world would be lucky to get 2, never again save your money lots of good places in melb

Very good 8.0
Excellent location!
Excellent location. Close to everything trains, trams, restaurants and shopping. Apartment was nice and clean. Cannot fault it for the price. Loved the pool, steam room and garden. Love the fact that the apartment has a full functional kitchen. Very handy to have a good washer and dryer especially since we stayed for a week with kids. So nice not to go home with a pile of dirty laundry. Beds were comfortable. Hubby was impressed with the free fast Wifi and smart TV that can hook straight to Netflix and You Tube. Only small complaint is the check in process. It's tricky when there's no desk reception at the building. We called an hour before we arrived to say we are arriving and we called again to say we have arrived. Waited for 1.5 hours and then called a third time. Finally someone came to give us the key but apologised that the room would not be ready until after 3pm. Considering check in time was 2pm and we arrived to the front of the building with kids and luggage at 1.30pm, it's a tricky situation to be in to wait around for over 1.5 hours with no where to house the luggage while they cleaned the room after the previous people and were running behind schedule. Similarly with checking out, we were told strictly 10am, but our flight didn't depart until 2pm. With no where to house the luggage, we had no choice but to arrive at the airport extra early, otherwise it would have been nice to stick around the city a little longer. Overall, would recommend.

Exceptional 10.0
Central to Life.
This is apartment living rather than a hotel, and for me it was a fine change from standard hotels. You need to keep the phone number of the management team on hand, to get access, but after that it's all too simple. I was entirely exhausted and Brendan made the process simple, fast, and was more than welcoming. The 7th floor features an eatery, that I didn't sample, and a gym with full facilities, including a lovely saltwater pool with hot tub on the outside patio, which I gave a good sampling and a thumbs up. The apartment itself is new, impeccably clean, has a great floor to ceiling glass view in both the lounge area and adjoining master bedroom, and the second room features a bunk bed. Little touches like including washing powder for the washing machine, which comes with a dryer, a bottle opener with the cutlery, and decent wifi for oldies that still use laptops, like me, make their highly polished service gleam just a little more. I stayed at the Lofts, in a A'Beckett St, just off Elizabeth so it's close to everything, if such is your wont. Highly recommended and a great place to lay low with jet lag, too. ( As was my main purpose, and possibly still discernible in my literary style, this evening.) It was inexpensive, too!
