the hotel was empty & there put me in a disabled room, water ran all over the floor & i slipped over. no vanity, no seat to put my shoes on. staff where rude when i got there at midnight i have stayed in hotels all over the world for work & this was the worst one i have ever been in, extremely disappointed

The property is great. We decided to give the intercontinental another go after a disappointing stay three years ago. Unfortunately we once again where let down by lack of staff and organisation. We waited 3 hours for our room to be ready which made the night rushed for us. Not what we had planned for our first year wedding anniversary

great, but could be awesome
Lovely hotel. Rooms are day and quiet. Internal windows so don’t get any natural daylight on the 1st floor. Not sure about other levels. Pool and gym great. Room service request for glasses that weren’t in the room wasn’t received. Check in was awkward. Guests were told they couldn’t check in even though their name was o. The room. Not a great start.
