Never again
a family member was bitten by bed bugs staying on the sofe bed. The hotel staff were not very sympathetic and we were appalled when they said that they couldn't find any bugs, had vacuumed and expected us to stay oin in the same room. The room should have been fumigated and we should received some compensation for our pain and inconvenience. We have stayed at this place for the past 20 years but the unsatisfactory customer service and obvious lack of hygiene and concern for guests, means never again.

The surrounding area is bustling with shops and eateries. A lot of asian food choices. But the property is not soundproof enough. Noises from the streets still audible at night and affect sleep. Furnitures and carpetry are old and lightings are dim.
