Fair price for the CBD in Melbourne
Room was adequate. Thrre was some damage to the hallways and inside the room. I took pictures so the hotel doesn't try to blame me for it. Breakfast was interesting to say the least. No phone in the room to call the front desk or outside. Bed was small for my size. The laundry was adequate. No change available in the laundry room or the front desk.

2/10 Poor

Avoid avoid This place was horrible from the start. I paid just over $200 a night to experience this budget hotel. The whole place is old and run down plus it’s dirty everywhere. My room 304 is nothing like the pictures from the website. The toilet cubicle inside the room is so small your knees can virtually touch the door. Dirty hand prints and other marks cover the walls including what looks likes like human bodily fluids dripping down ever surface in the toilet cubicle. The fridge doesn’t work nor the aircon. The shower is right next to the bed with the door that won’t shut meaning water gets onto the carpet, no storage for your toiletries, no hair dryer. The bed is hard as a rock but the sheets seemed clean. Breakfast at $9 extra - well when I went to get my breakfast everything was empty at 845. I went to reception to ask if I could get a refund of my $9 as no breakfast was available. They advised no. I then explained they can’t charge for something and then not provide it. I was then taken back to breakfast where others were now gathering and the one staff member slowly filled stuff up but this was quickly consumed. Don’t bother to get the breakfast. Luckily the rooms is so dusty and dirty that you won’t want to spend anytime watching tv in bed because the tv reception is intermittent. If you walk down to reception (as no phone in room) to ask about the tv you will be told it’s a budget hotel so what do you expect.
