Loved the place although I would prefer latex pillows above feather.
Staff were incredible, so willing to appease us in both reception, dinner and breakfast. Very grateful for their flexibility, Michelle and Darren

Value for money, staff very helpful and property presented in a clean manner. The only down side there was no sugar in room for a cuppa, had to use a sweetener.

We had a wonderful experience however the lounge room furniture was uncomfortable and even though the room was advertised with having free wifi this was non existent. Other than these two issues everything else was superb.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Motel. We weren't on holiday, but needed to visit a relative at the Monash Hospital in Clayton. A very close drive, only 5 mins, perhaps 10 in heavy traffic. My wife caught the bus on the second day which was also convenient, a short walk. The room in my opinion was lovely, we stayed in room 25, and would request this room again if we needed to stay in the area. Very reasonable price too:)

If prices drop or rooms become available, you'll be among the first to know, making last-minute getaways easier to book.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay at a hotel in Frankston. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels may provide a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we will suggest alternative dates that may offer more affordable options, helping you to secure a better deal.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation near key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with a higher price tag. To find more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, balancing cost with accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. Additionally, independent hotels located a bit further out are usually likely to be more affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
