"Absolutely wonderful hotel. We booked a Horizon club room. Well worth the booking. The room was massive and beautifully designed with great views of the Burg. What made the whole stay so memorable were the staff who were professional, kind, helpful and just lovely to be around, especially the team on level 41. They are stars!"

"Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again. "
