Although the rooms are a bit small for Dubai shopping, but it's very well designed for comfort. The staff are nice , especially the breakfast staff they are super friendly and helpful, they make you feel like home , since the 2nd day the team welcomed me with the kids and offered me my flat white coffee without even asking , Thank you for the breakfast team lead by Mustafa and another lady I didn't get her name but she was superrr nice to all of us . Even the hotel manager is around and engaging with the guests nicely, he even had long conversation with my 7yrs old Son , made him feel very comfortable to be around the hotel even alone. The hotel location is exceptional 👌 We loved everything, they only negative thing was they don't have pillows menu and I had difficulty sleeping the whole 10 days because thier pillows are soft and medium soft .. and I need hard pillows.
