Complete care.
We had a lovely room with balcony. The reception desk people were very helpful and the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the main points of interest in the center of Dubai. There are 2 restaurants and a coffee shop and the large pool and deck area are beautiful - outdoor bar there also.
