Amazing property for family trip
We were 3 adults and a toddler and we stayed for four nights in Feb-23. Our room was spacious leaving sufficient space for our kiddo’s playtime. The quick access to the beach, the excellent breakfast spread and it being extremely child friendly with a 9 to 6 play zone are amazing positives. The staff are polite, friendly and do whatever is needed to make your stay comfortable. The one negative experience in our trip was that the water pressure and the temperature in our showers kept fluctuating making it a frustrating experience. But overall would highly recommend this property especially for a family stay with kids. Plenty of food options round JBR through Deliveroo as well. Thanks Team Hilton for a lovely time.

The room was great and very close to everything specially restaurants. Not satisfied with the way they tricked me in making me believe that I was gonna get a upgraded room for no extra charge . Because the room that I had reserved was not available. At the end I was charged $ 900 dollars more for something that I didn’t even needed. I should of known better that nothing is free.
