"My stay at KAN Tulum was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay comfortable from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience special they were warm, welcoming, fun to interact with, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality added such a personal touch to the stay. The amenities were fantastic. Having a beautiful cenote right on the property was such a unique experience, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The spa was wonderful for unwinding, and the speakeasy added a really cool, intimate vibe to the evenings. The food and bar were excellent as well great quality, delicious flavors, and a lovely atmosphere to enjoy drinks and meals. What I loved most about the property was its peaceful jungle setting. The entire place feels natural, calming, and deeply relaxing, making it the perfect escape from busy city life. If you’re looking for a stay in Tulum that combines luxury, nature, and great hospitality, KAN Tulum is a fantastic choice."

"I booked the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel but we didn't stay in the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel because upon arrival we were told that hotel was closed because of noise from neighboring construction. While I appreciate that this is an issue they could have told us this beforehand and not surprise us with it on the day of arrival. So we stayed at the partner Be Tulum hotel which is nice but not what I booked. Instead of a Beach View room we did not have a beach view. So instead of settling into the place you have been looking forward to, based on pictures and reviews, you now have a different hotel that the person at reception keeps telling you "is also nice", and you have to weigh your options and level of aggravation that you want to deal with. In the end we had a nice time and Be Tulum is a nice hotel, but springing this on people as they arrive is not the way to do this."
