"Excellent service from everyone I came across. This is the standard all hotels should be aiming for around the world. In particular the service and comfort in the Lounge was extraordinary. Special mention for Jenni and Dewi who were both exceptional. The food choice for both breakfast and evening service was one of the best. Rooms very clean, room was big and bed excellent. "

"We only stayed one night here. Everyone was very friendly. Reception area beautifl, also the Bar was super nice, team was very accommodating.
I am really in between giving 4 or 5 stars, but it would be a 4.5, here the reasons why:
- big stain on the carpet next to the table, my partner and I saw this as the first thing entering the room, so should have seen the person that’s cleaning as well
- bedsheets felt very humid, not so nice
- food was not bad, but I expected even a little more
