Not standard hotel for hilton
When i book this hotel months ago, i specifically ask to clean the rooms well cause i have dust allergy. The room that i booked is suite room. When we check in after 3 pm, the Front Desk said the room is not quite ready, so we have to come back about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, still not ready. So wait for awhile, finally she said ready to check in and enter the room. After waiting for so long, when we saw the room still not clean completely. The floor still dirty, the coffee still sticky and have some residue and dust. The sofa have cigarette burns here and there, I thought this room is smoking free but … long story short, the room not what we expected as suites room. Also we have to wait for mgr in duty for long time, until I asked again to the housekeeping mgr. Very disappointed

Quick overnight
The hotel was ina convenient location for our business. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We didn’t get out to see around the area as it was a quick visit so no comment on the area around the hotel.

Clean & nice hotel
Is a nice new hotel, clean room. However management not understanding since I stayed there for few days already, I booked for 1 additional night & wanted to stay in same room, the staff asked me to move to another room because the single bed fully booked, or I have to wait until there another single bed room available. Not efficient. I finally prefer to check out.

We stayed here just one night to catch plane home from Jakarta to FLORIDA. ROOM was wonderful and get amenities. Staff very kind and helpful. Hotel has direct access to mall.

Hotel is clean but the bathroom is too small and wet when you are taking shower. Try to stay away the breakfast. Not worth the price. Not much selection and food taste is unsatified. Some of the food are cold.
