Really spacious apartment, with lovely facilities. Reception was cheerful and helpful. The only negative was no little milk pottles for my morning cup of tea but I’m guessing it is because of the banning of single use plastics? Other than that I’d rate 10/10.

This was my second stay here. The area is great, central to town but not noisy. The hotel staff are great, very friendly and polite. The rooms are big, warm, well appointed and clean. This is my first choice hotel when I'm staying in the city.

I liked the space and amenities the room had to offer. It's nice when everyone can sleep in their own room to enjoy peace and quiet while others moved about the kitchen and living room. We were able to do the laundry as we pleased (with the provided detergent) as well as had use of a full kitchen! Very nice for families. The sunrise creeping up on Victoria Park is pretty to watch from our awesome balcony. The drawback was the unimpressive hallways and front reception area, but I'm guessing it's to keep costs down. The cafe was kinda cute. I wouldn't say the location is for handicap people. Although the internet says the local supermarket and Sky Tower is about a 7 min walk, my mom took 3x that. The distance is too short for Uber, but very long for the elderly.
