Stayed for a couple of nights. Good base for what we wanted to do. Lovely welcome. Very accommodating. We were able to have breakfast early as requested. Managed to visit lots of places from here. Able to walk to oceanfront and shops from the property.

We stayed in an en-suite room which was spotless, bed was comfy too. In room tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, TV, couch, air conditioning, everything you need for a short stay. The complimentary continental breakfast was amazing, best we’ve had in a B&B! You won’t be disappointed staying here, we will definitely stay again. Thanks for being a great host Geoff :)

I enjoyed the whole experience, the operator's gave us the key to our room and they left us alone the whole inter time we where there and we had a free breakfast which was lovely and what we didn't eat at breakfast we ate during the day.

The owners were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and tea and coffee making stuff with several varieties of tea available. The bed was lovely and comfortable and there was ample parking available. One night I had to park on the street as I was in a large SUV - mostly because I was not confident about squeezing in but there was plenty of grassed area right outside to park on so it was no problem at all. The location is really great - very close to an area known as "the Pond" and you can kite surf from there! Definitely worth a stay here - it's only a short drive to the centre of town. If i make it back to Rockingham, I'll definitely stay here again.
