The place was very clean and convenient location as the bus station was just a short walk away. The rooms were very spacious and great for family accommodations. The only drawback is there is no restaurant and hence you need to look out for breakky places. They do give you a basket of items if you wish to cook yourself which is good.

Staff were pleasant but didn’t deliver when asked for a bin bag 3 times to empty our rubbish. Was told no clean until checkout after 4 nights stay. Had refurbishment happening while staying but failed to be informed upon booking. Or leading up to it. Run down bathroom cupboards. Dirty tile areas. Parking was expensive and not at the hotel as they had very few spaces for parking at the hotel. Good location for our needs. Was given 1 hour extra to checkout for one room only, but we still appreciated that.

Great location; close to bus and train stations, waterfront and CBD. Good amenities with pool (undergoing renovation?) and sauna. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size. Bathroom was a let-down however with only rain head shower, no slide shower head. Overall apartments could do with decor and bathroom upgrades.
