A comfortable property
Had a comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of CBD with in house restaurant and pub. However, the management could look at the following ... 1. No power point at the tea/coffee making area. Had to locate a power point to plug in the kettle. 2. Bathroom was in a run down condition. The shower head is small, inconveniently located and without adequate water pressure. 3. The flushing mechanism was faulty. 4. I had booked a King bed. However, 2 single cots and mattresses were joined together to form a large bed. Both mattresses had different levels of wear and tear.

Nice enough after wonky reception.
Arrival a bit frustrating, We had limited time to get to a show and the receptionist paused our check in to take a phone call and answer questions to a drawn out general enquiry as we stood there. We didn't have time to be put on hold,..the caller no doubt did. However our room was adequately clean (dust bunnies/dirt behind bedside table power points) the food great and Nikki behind the bar provided fantastic service with a smile.

This Hotel, while a little tired, is very comfortable and convenient. I often stay here when I have to go to Perth for a night or two. Limited off street parking is an additional charge but reasonable. In house "pub" is welcoming. Easy walk everywhere in the CBD and to RPH.
