A lovely warm welcome. The front desk lady greeted us with a lovely big smile. Gave us information on the area and was very proud of the local football club who had three senior teams in the grand final played the day before. The room was clean and had a great private outside area through your back door. Nice to relax there with a cool drink. More than adequate tea, coffee and sugar supplies. The motel is about 100m from the RSL club who served up hearty reasonable priced meals . Great...

It was so unfortunate that two flights back to Sydney were cancelled on the same day. My friend and I were so lucky to find La Costa, one of the motels with a super high rating on Expedia, TripAdvisor and other hotel websites, and got the last room of it to save our lives! We thought it was just a motel and did't have high expectation on La Costa even its rating is exceptionally high. However, when we arrived and met the friendly and helpful hostess, we were so glad that we picked La Costa! The...

This is a beautiful apartment complex with everything needed to make it a great holiday. It is located centrally to restaurants and cafes and cater for all types of dining levels. Our apartment overlooked Coolangatta Beach and was a great view to wake up to each morning. It was almost on the boarder of NSW/QLD which made it easy to get to northern NSW as well as only a short 25 minute drive to Surfers. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet clean and nice staff.
One bed was a bittoo soft.
They should improve welcome pack with more tea variety and more toiletries for the 5 day stay we had. It was too little.

Brand new hotel directly opposite Kirra Beach. We stayed on the 14th floor and had sweeping views from Coolangatta through to Surfers Paradise. The hotel is very close to cafes, a bottle shop and a small square containing a bakery and 7- eleven. It is a short 5min walk along the boardwalk to more restaurants and a Woolworths at Coolangatta.
The hotel room was obviously fitted with all new furniture, foxtel and a fully equipped kitchen. As our 4 year old said, 'it is just like a new house.'...

Lovely room. Love that the sliding doors open up the balcony completely for indoor/outdoor living. Only drawback was that if our stay was in high summer, the pool is so small. Only a lap pool....

Brand new hotel, immaculately clean. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities and location close to light rail, shopping, supermarkets. Even had a zip tap in the lobby so you don't have to drink Gold Coast water! Everything has been thought of here. Will stay again

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Fingal Head
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly months to visit Fingal Head are February, June, and August, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For a fulfilling experience that allows for the exploration of significant landmarks, historical sites, and cultural attractions, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. During this time, visitors can appreciate the area's monuments and rich heritage, making it a trip that offers great value for money. With prices potentially dropping during these months, it's an ideal opportunity for those looking to travel on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore accommodation options in Fingal Head, check the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and last-minute promotions, enhancing your chances of securing a cheaper stay. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you're more likely to see the best options. This way, if rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be well-positioned to book a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a Fingal Head hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and often represent better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we’ll suggest more affordable dates to increase your chances of securing the best deal.
Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sights you intend to visit. You might explore independent hotels located further out, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
