Great service, nice place but not worth the cost.
Overall it was a good experience. The service was great and it's a nice enough hotel, I just would not be able to justify the additional cost of the property versus others nearby. It's up to $100 more per night, plus expensive parking (either $30 per night at a public car park or $45 per night valet). The food was good, but not exceptional. No mini bar. No free water bottles. Wifi was acceptable at 10mb/s down but there is accommodation within 200 metres that is over 200mb/s down. The view from my room was essentially nothing, the roof of an adjoining building and the side of another.

Fantastic location
Fantastic location, 5mins walk to main shopping area at Hay St. many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was opposite the hotel in a basement car park but had to pay extra. Loved the queen sized beds which was the only hotel in this price range offering queen beds. But as a result room May feel smaller. Breakfast was ok but the cafes around offer better breakfasts - hard to beat the competition

Loved how the hotel was in walking distance to everything one wants from a city hotel. Staff were lovely. I feel that the breakfast could have room for improvement. Overall it was a lovely stay.
