The Staff were lovely and always friendly. The apartment had seen better days. The heater/cooler had not been cleaned for some time. The bath/shower was a slip hazard, no bathmat or grab rail, you could see previous multiple repairs done to the walls. The hotel advertised a restaurant and bar. However, the bar was closed over the weekend we stayed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, this was not stated on the Mantra on Murray website. The advertised room service was actually Uber Eats/Deliveroo, not the hotel at all. Not what I expect from a 4.5 start rated hotel.

Centrally located, Mantra is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Elizabeth Quay and the airport bus route. The room and bathroom were spacious; bed and beddings comfortable. The little kitchenette was great but lighting around that area was poor...or else I just couldn't find any light switches. I like the location of the hotel. Hotel could do with an update.
