Worst service and management ever
The place is in a very good location near to almost all the touristic spots and it has a great view of the city, but in my stay I found all dishes dirty in the dish washer, hair in the bathroom floor and tub and some empty packages in the kitchen cabinets. Cleaning fee is 60$ so I’m not sure what kind of service the cleaning company is offering. I was told about the 60$ cleaning fee, 30$ per day parking fee and 150$ Security deposit less than 24 hours to check in so I ended paying twice the price at the end. Support and management is very poor, after my stay I was told I was going to get my deposit in 5-7 days and after ten days I had to call them to ask about it and the answer was that they hadn’t process the deposit because they had to check the unit to make sure everything was ok ( 10 days after my stay) and then they tell me I have to wait another 5-10 days to get my deposit back. I complained about it and then I was told I was getting the deposit the next day. Lost my time calling

Beautiful room - BUT in very bad part of town!
The property was good & clean. Neighborhood was less than desired. According to property owner it is situated in the worst 4 block radius in the city. We saw drug deals happening, people throwing alcohol bottles into the air and it smashing on the ground & domestic violence in the property (on the same floor as us), there 3 police cars came and removed the occupants from the building. My 16 year old son had a lesson in how bad live can get.

Pacific Marine Expo Weekend
Excellent location for our Pacific Marine Expo trip. The room and location was wonderful. The check in process was a little bit awkward - i think the check in guy should just practice the process, but he was very helpful and we had all the information we needed. Just one small problem with the flooring damage near the bathtub/shower, but not a big deal. I will definitely be staying here again.

OK, needs improvement
Room was OK for the original price listed. They also list a $60 cleaning fee which covers the beds and pickup. The tile floors were quite dirty and needed a mopping. Oven top was also quite dirty and the walls had black scuff marks likely from people's suitcases, so they do basic cleaning on the room but not deep cleaning at the frequency they need. They also take a $250 damage deposit which isn't listed in but shows on the receipt. They want your information urgent but don't return the damage deposit urgent- I'm still waiting for it after a couple of calls. Security is also an issue. It's a gated community with an electronic security system but the residents of the building are a combination of renters, residents, Pelicanstayers and visitors so the security is only as good as the judgment of the residents around letting in the local homeless people. And there's no shortage of homeless people nearby. . . Luisa is the resident person who tries to help the Pelicanstayers out and she does the best she can given the tools and training she's received. The non-resident owners may mean well but they seem to be pretty much worthless when it comes to helping out folks that need it.
