    Spacious single unit with balcony. Convenient in house car parking. Proximity to Southbank & Fish Lane precincts. Overall good even though price was higher than some others value was worth it

    Disappointed

    Stayed here for a week long holiday. The apartment was poorly maintained; multiple holes punched in the walls were not repaired. Bathroom had black mold. Kitchen was not cleaned properly, kettle had dirt or coffee grounds inside. Needed to wash all kitchen utensils, glassware and crockery. Furniture was dirty and worn. Was offered a different room, but the bed was too small. Offered a third room, which was significantly better; nicer linen, better bathroom toiletries, better quality furniture. Kitchen in in third room was not cleaned properly; oil over cupboards and bench tops. TV in third room did not work. When this was raised to staff, the male reception staff member said ‘I can’t help you’. Asked a different female staff member the next day, who was much more helpful and arranged for the TV to be fixed. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, property management is inconsistent, and the service provided by Staff can be poor. The property is in an excellent location, and parking included in the price of accomodation is good. While this is the case, I would not stay here again. There are other businesses offering a higher standard in Brisbane for a comparable price.

    Location was incredible - apartment was so close to everything. We were able to go without a hire car and instead catch the train/bus everywhere. Bus 222 or 200 will take you to Carindale Shopping Centre I especially loved all the eateries in the immediate area, we were spoilt for choice. Check in was super easy and staff were lovely. Room was very comfy, few marks here and there but nothing serious. Room did get hot very quickly, so we kept blinds

    All the furniture is broken or very poorly assembled. Lounge is broken, we had to sit on the floor. Dining chairs not put together properly, couldn’t use one! What appeared to be blood on the bathroom sink and the wall (main bathroom). Really poor, not with the money IMO.
