The location is convenient. The room is a bit shabby: very uncomfortable sofa-bed, but useful kitchenette. The power went out for 2 hours when we were there, just at the hotel (not the neighborhood), and no apology or discount was given for the inconvenience (fyi the emergency lighting is pretty poor--the hallways get pitch-black with power out). The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and we enjoyed it.
