Location is great, not to far from the space needle. I had a city/space needle view room which was perfect. The breakfast was cold when I got to it unfortunately, but other than that everything else is great and definitely would recommend as an option for the downtown area.

I book a reservation and when I called to confirm my reservation, they could not locate my confirmation #. I tried calling the hotel with not luck so as well. I had to rush and find a new hotel as the Hyatt Place no longer had any double bed rooms available. Now 9/19, I saw that Hotels.com / Hyatt Place charged me for one nights stay. Unbelievable!
