"Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not a Service Hotel
My mother‑in‑law had a terrible stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others. Before her arrival, I called to confirm that she would be transferred from the airport to the hotel. I was told she simply needed to go to the airport information desk and a transfer driver would be arranged. Instead, she was told to walk because “it wasn’t far.” She struggled to find the hotel due to poor signage, which made the situation even more stressful and completely avoidable.
When she checked in, we discovered the rooms have no phones, despite staff previously telling us we could call her room. Because of this, I had to ask room service to physically go to her room just to check that her Wi‑Fi was working. They took a long time to do even that, leaving us extremely concerned because we had no way to contact her.
We had prepaid for meals, yet she did not eat because staff made no effort to help her find the breakfast area or explain anything about the dining arrangements. Breakfast itself was lacking, and the overall service was indifferent and unhelpful. She ended up walking back to the airport as well, again with no assistance offered.
