The photos are incredibly deceiving - in reality, the entire hostel is very dark, especially in the common areas located on each floor. Perhaps this was different pre-covid. Dark, minimal outlets, and very vast spaces make areas difficult to meet others and/or relax on your own. The lobby has music blasting including during the check out times. Within the rooms, the doors are not soundproof at all so when people play music in the common areas, it will surely keep you up. Additionally, an in-room speaker will play music and make a checkout announcement everyday about an hour before checkout. Definitely be warned and don't trust the photos. Would strongly suggest to pick elsewhere unless major improvements are made to the current state of this hostel.

Like a little hostel resort! Everyone was super lovely and vibes were immaculate. They’ve done a heap of renovations and opened a free gym, cafe, restaurant, vending machines and don’t have to leave the place to get food!

The alarm is going off four times in one day was incredibly frustrating. The smell downstairs in the lobby was pretty gross as well as in the bathrooms.

Turned up to find out they couldn’t accommodate us even though we had paid for this. They said the have told Lastminute.com.au many times to stop advertising the hostel on their site. The receptionist said we were the 5th couple he had turned away that day. We then had to go and spend a lot more to stay in a motel which we weren’t expecting. We had to return to the hostel 3 days in a row to get our money back..

I drove 2 hours to get here. I had paid & booked but when I checked in they said the had no room! I spent hundreds getting new accommodation & Ubers ,& think you should refund this! I'm disgusted & won't hesitate to take this further if you will not acknowledge the wrongs done to me! I'm a victim of domestic violence & this just sends me over the edge!! I'm devastated 😞
