The staff, especially Louisa, were so helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Irene was great at breakfast - very efficient. Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooftop bar is an oasis when you want a break from the hurly-burly. The rooms are great: extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. 10/10

Every guess receives an amazing welcome from the moment they enter the hotel. Thae staff are so helpful and kind. My room was spacious well furnished and importantly quiet! The hotel location was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. A+

I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The service is absolute spectacular. Highly personalized and friendly. This was our first trip to Hanoi and Meritel Hanoi exceeded our expectations. From constant communications by the reservation desk to any request during our stay. The room was cleaned to a high standard st all times. The staff were the best we have experienced in any hotel. From front desk to everywhere in the hotel was first class. Tracy, Fancy, Amelia to name a few were very helpful and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was great with a large variety of dishes. Highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again.

Very nice hotel.

Hotel is in a good location and very clean. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. While it was lovely to have the option of having a bath, you have to stand in the bath to have a shower and climbing in to shower is likely to be hard for people with mobility difficulties.

This hotel gets consistently high ratings from previous guests and now I know why. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, clean room, great breakfast, really well located in Old town Hanoi. The gym could use a bit of maintenance and aircon. We really enjoyed our stay here, family of 4, stayed in two rooms side by side
