I tried to contact the owner to discuss the reservation, no contact number was provided that worked so went to the address found a number posted on the door that was disconnected. Had to ask a person that came out the property, When final found his number he screamed at me multiple times down the phone to "WAIT OUTSIDE" very aggressively and rudely, Refused to stay there after that.

This place is not at the address advertised, on the door a sign says to call someone, then 10 mins later a person shows up, he takes you down the street to a slum apartment. Its takes 4 doors to get indide security measure because of the neighborhood. Once inside the place smells of smoke and filth. There was dirt on the floor, hair all over the bed, the sheets are old and dirty. The smell was so bad it gave me a headache. I’ve stayed in many hostels but never this bad. Expedia should remove this.

First of all, it's not a Hotel!!!!!!! I don't know what should I call it, just an apartment where every room has been transformed into a guest room... The breakfast, it's just something bought from the shop, nothing serious... the bathroom has many issues (damaged socket, nosy wc shredder and fan...). OK, I had a roof over my head and a good bed...no heat...we had to ask for towels... I don't recommend it! It was my worst booking experience until now... The name is wrong, Expedia!!!! It's Walter's Rooms...please fix it! I've always been very happy with your booking services, until this one...

They took extra money from us for tax, they didn't clean the room, they guy who was in charge of the place made lousy noises every day in the morning, it was dirty and they complained to us about why we paid on expedia and why we didn't give them cash so they don't have to pay you, and also the room they gave us was not the room in the picture, it was so dirty and didn't have air conditioning, just 1 fan. The guys in charge are so angry and don't treat us well, our checkout is tommorow.

When I got there, there was nobody to let me in. There was nobody at check-in time, either. Because of my flight delay, I arrived on the next morning and they refused to allow me to stay one more day to make up for the one missed, even when I had offered to pay for that extra day. They treated guests not only in a rude way but also in an aggressive way. Everything was filthy. The shower cabins were clogged. It did not smell appropiately. And I could go on and on and on. I strongly suggest not to stay there. I have made reservations through Expedia many times in the past. All of them were great experiences, but this one.

Not happy with this one.
We booked into the Roma Termini88 and when we arrived we were taken to the Walter Guesthouse which is a few dors up. This was not the hotel we booked so we cannot review the Termini. However the Walter is more like a private residence run as a guesthouse. The room was basic. The toilet was a challenge as you had to flush it up to 3 times to clear it out. Very disappointed with what was expected.

Room does not look like the picture at all. It was okay though. They did clean the room. It was not so easy to get ready in the morning because it was pitch dark and others were sleeping. This caused delays. Some staff was very friendly, other staff, just one person, a bit more gruff. None of this really caused any problems though. You have a place to lock your stuff which is helpful. The common areas could be more tidy. The neighborhood, was a bit sketchy, but found a different street to come and go on and that made it better. Actually, it is across from a police station, and I was sent/taken over to a nearby location, not this exact location.

Worse experience
I had the worst experience possible with a hotel, the service was terrible, could not find the hotel and it was in a dangerous area. Lastly I chose to pay more at another hotel and the Roma Termini hotel still charged me an "entrance fee" of 25 euros, a very bad experience

It’s pretty shit
If you’re not planning on staying long it’s not the worst I’ve seen but the room provided was not the one advertised. I asked for a single room and ended up in a 4 cot room with some others who were actually pretty good company. Unfortunately the shower was clogged the sink was clogged the aircon didn’t work and the guy running the place was a bit creepy and kept coming into the room for no reason

DO NOT STAY AT THE Roma Termini 89 B & B. It tarnished our entire stay in Rome. It should be removed from the expedia listing! We signed up for the Roma Termini 89 B & B at $79 per night. When we got there they did a bait & switch and put us in address 75 (two doors up the street). The first room they put us in was so small, dirty & shabby we refused to stay there. They moved us to a second room. The second room was better but still dirty and shabby but the bed was bigger than the single of the first room. We had to ask for towels, they gave us four mismatched, stained, rags that looked like they had pulled from the trash (see photo). There were no closet rods to hang things, only hooks. The walls were clean but nothing else.. The bathroom looked OK even thou you had to close the door to sit on the toilet. I suspected the room was a Hostel but had no proof until the 4th day (see photos). We complained but got NO support from the office manager. He said it was the same as #89 and owned by the same owner. I got a phone number from the office that did not work. Yes it was a HOSTEL that charged one half the price we had paid (see photo). The breakfast consisted of rotten oranges (see photo), stale corn flakes, and coffee. The view from the room “window” was to look at a washer and trash on what may have been a patio (see photos). I killed a one inch long cockroach that ran across our bed. The bed mattress had a large bump in it.

You couldnt pay me stay here
For starters the "room" wasn't a room. It was an area sectioned off by concertina doors that didnt really shut proper and didnt go all the way to the ceiling, so there was a large gap. I felt like I had zero privacy in there. The butter was moldy, the first and only breakfast I had, which I didnt even realise was possible. Both toikets didn't flush properly and there was mold and grit in the shower. The shower head didn't work so I had to use the other one, which needed to be held by your hand holding it above your head. In the "room" the wall charger was hanging out of the wall by wires behind my bed. The area that the accomodation was in was a bit dodgy. The whole place had a horrible moth ball smell that started to get into my clothes. It really hits you in the face when you arrive. This was the worst accomodation I have stayed at and in my opinion is not a hostel or a hotel.

Don't stay here - not a hotel - maybe a hostel
I would not recommend this place at all. We booked it believing it to be a hotel and at the address shown on Expedia with the pictures showing what we would be getting. We went to that address and were taken to another location a block away. The room was very tired and the washroom - especially the shower - were not very clean. There was a rip in the sheets and it was patched in another place. Our friends that came a day after us, also booked believing that we would be at the address shown and in the same location. However, Walter (these are really Walter's rooms and not a hotel but more of a hostel) brought our friends to a third location - not the one booked on Expedia, and not the one we stayed at. Not impressed at all! The breakfast was packaged stuff and the juicer/toaster, etc. were very old and not exactly clean. Walter's son slept on a cot in the kitchen in the location where we stayed. For the price we paid, I knew it wasn't a 5 star, but this was more of a -1 star and shouldn't be more than $20 a night. It should not be advertised as a hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here and certainly will never stay here again.

Check in was not smooth, no one answers phone. I was only able to check in because another tenant saw me calling the number and pointed to another B&B 2 doors down and said he was who we needed to talk to. Narrow stairs to 3rd floor, do not bring large or heavy luggage. Kitchen run down, bedroom furniture run down. TV & internet didn't work. Very noisy off the back bedroom balcony.

Not a hotel!
This is NOT a hotel--it is a hostel and not a nice one! We had to walk through the office, through the kitchen, past junk and old stuff to get to the room. The decor was awful, the whole place was sketchy. The breakfast was all prepackaged stuff that we had to find ourselves. The door to the place was not locked during the night and the elevator did not work. This was not the place or address that was advertised. The staff was rude and blamed everything on us.
