Well located rooms in a lovely building 10 minutes walk from the Roma Termini railway station. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted around Central Rome. Close to a large church with impressive bells.

Nice and spacious rooms.
Very good stay, the only thing that was a little confusing at the start was getting into the hotel. I think there should be a little more information on what you do when you arrive at this hotel. But that was are only struggle. The hotel is in a great place, close to the train station and most attractions are 30/40 mins walk. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Hi The BB has great location. But it has something that for me was not great. First the elevator. Very small, has many stairs. And old. And another thing, us a Bed and Breaks. They don't give us the breakfast.

The property is close to the Roma Termini. It is to the right side of Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza dell’ Esquilino. Our stay was OK. The room itself is ample with a window, but the bathroom was too small in our unit. You lean to brush your teeth on the sink, and the back of your legs touches the bidet and toilet (and we are skinny people. 5’10 and 5’7). Also, the floor was dusty. Immediately, after we enter the room, I took my shoes off and walk around in my blue socks and they picked up a good amount of dust. No drinking cups in the room (short on room amenities). The doors are not sound proof and had no locks. Nobody can open the door from the outside, but still you get that unsecure feeling not having a lock. We stayed three nights. Our experience is that it is a nice place, very, very helpful staff, it has an elevator, the size of the room is good, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, but for the price, we think we could’ve got a good hotel. Actually, we booked the place in Expedia thinking it was a hotel. My mistake.

No soy de dar malos review pero este es necesario. El lugar esta en una muy buena localización. Pero desde ahora les digo no es un hotel. Es mas hostal. Dicen que pagando te incluye desayuno. Pero la realidad es q tienes q pagar allí mismo y solo aceptan efectivo. Las horas de servicio son de 8 a 12. Si necesitas algo despues de esa hora. No hay nadie. Lo mas desagradable era el mal olor en nuestro cuarto.
