Great value and good location near the city center
Great location on a quiet street. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, Man at front desk had an attitude, maybe because he was also the bellman! Rooms were quite large for Europe standards, and the bathroom as well. The buffet breakfast was good and overall a good experience! We were very happy they gave us the room at 11 am as soon as it was ready! The room has automatic blinds with blackouts. The only wierd request from the front desk is to leave your room key with them whenever you leave and then pick it up upon your return. It’s a big, heavy key! Otherwise a great stay!

Cute boutique hotel gives you a taste of Rome. Well located to walk or take buses. No good place to hang out outside your room. Picture is not a good representation of the hotel, as we never even saw this room. I saw Pieces of the furniture in the picture scattered on different floors of the hotel. I think that they converted this room into part of the restaurant. The staff was very informative about where and how to get around.

There are so many things to like about La Residenza. The location is superb, the service is extraordinary, the staff very pleasant and helpful without exception, super clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast and dinner service. You will not be disappointed in your stay.

Wonderful stay in Rome
Wonderful small hotel with large room and attached balcony. Good breakfast with attentive servant. Great proximity to the best places Rome has to offer. Slightly uphill area may feel difficult to walk after a day spent sightseeing in Rome. I would stay here again!

Great bargain Great location
Very nice hotel with very large comfortable rooms. Night desk clerk extremely helpful and friendly. Daytime desk clerk needs to work on people skills. Outstanding restaurant with friendly waiters, but head waiter needs to improve his people skills too.

Great Hotel with Great Staff...Old School!
Absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. Vincent (old white bald guy...inside joke for him) was amazing and extremely helpful. He is old school and knows everything about the business of hospitality and what to do and not do in Rome. I can't say enough, hotel was beautiful, room was beautiful and spacious, bar area amazing. Highly recommend!
