I can't praise the staff and this hotel enough. The staff were attentive from the start. Antar sat down with us to pour over a map and show us where to visit, suggesting places to eat and good walks in the area. The hotel is in a great location. It is newly built but has an old world charm with excellent attention to detail in the furnishings and fitout. Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly. A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were wonderful, in particular, the cuban gentleman at the front desk who really went out of his way to assist us. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Room was small but comfy. Nice views out the the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here!

High quality and very conveniently located. Staff attentive and helpful

We booked the Terrace Suite King Room for 2 nights. Great and quiet room with a beautiful view from the balcony which also had a nice size spa for us to relax in the evening. Staff in Reception were great and there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. We both loved the area where the hotel is located with lots and lots of great restaurants and good shopping nearby.

Excellent hotel and service. Suitable for business trips or holiday. The location was convenient,insfrastructure nicely renovated and staff was helpful and provided great service. I would definitely come again.

The hotel itself, the room, the facilities, the included breakfast buffet were all good but what stood out to us was the genuine friendliness and courtesy of every staff member we encountered. Whether it was reception, the porter, the doorman or the restaurant staff, all went just that little bit further with a smile while remaining professional. We spent two nights in the hotel and were very happy with our choice.
