"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. "An older hotel brought to life by the friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay in Santiago and really enjoyed Luciano as our home base. The staff arranged a Taxi even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a 530 am flight. Pisco sours on the rooftop were another highlight. Highly recommend! "
