Modern facility, moderately good breakfast, front desk service very good, great central location but curbside appeal sorely lacking, traffic noise was well-muffled but the internal venting of air was very loud, air conditioning was good but,when on, the monitoring light lit up the room at night, daily cleaning was very inconsistent

We enjoyed our 1st visit to Santiago Chile
We enjoyed the Mercure Santiago Centro hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My wife especially enjoyed using the pool all three afternoons during our stay. The hotel staff also helped us with our questions about where to eat and shop and finding the nearby Hop On Hop Off bus stop. We highly recommend the Mercure and would stay here again.

Hotel is a little older so it shows but do not let that fool you. The hotel provided great service from checking in, breakfast food, amenities and employee's friendliness. Plus, the location of this hotel is perfect! So many things to do, great food and local shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location for seeing the sights but you need to be careful after dark. Security guards at the doors at night are helpful. Great pool area on the 5th floor. King room had a nice view of the city, breakfast was better than many places in this price range. Good value for what we got.
