"Very friendly staffs, speaking good English, hotel security is good. Bed is comfortable.Free water daily. Location is good, close to main train station and old town. "Just a couple blocks from Munich's central train station and a short walk to the old town. Another nice feature is there is a coffee cafe right next door and you can access the cafe through a door in the lobby without stepping outside."

"The hotel staff was very helpful. My cell phone was forgotten in a cab. The staff (Ms. Zane) helped call the cab company and arranged for the cabbie to come drop off my cell phone back to the hotel! It was a miracle to get my phone back and only happened due to the great staff at this hotel."

"We stayed in the newer hotel. It was very comfortable for 4 of us. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was included and was a traditional Getman breakfast. Cappuccino maker was great!"
