Excellent front desk help. Great location near train station, metro and town center. Negatives: Lots of street noise from trams and main road. Room was hot, but opening window made it noisy.

The hotel was good for the price. Location is by the train station so it is expected that it is a noisy part of town. It is walking distance to main tourist area.

Clean, friendly, convenient.
First and foremost- really helpful and friendly front staff. Rafael and Pamela were both super helpful with helping us navigate the city and mass transit options. The hotel is located right near Hauptbahnhof central train station. It’s the perfect spot if you are day tripping out of Munich by train and the tours by bus pick up just one block over. Five minute walk to Marienplatz with great dining and shopping options. The rooms are reasonable sized, very clean, the hotel is well run. It can be a bit loud at night because of the train station but if you are sensitive to that but the benefits were way bigger than the negatives for our group and I would stay there again if I was in that part on Munich.
