Didn't feel safe or clean.
Terrible part of town. Tree strip clubs on the same street within 200 feet of hotel. Very rough neighborhood. Parking was a 15 min walt away in a bad neighborhood. Room small and hot, bathroom falling apart and not clean. Ended up just leaving after 45 minutes and sacrificing the money we had paid for the two nights. At least the staff at desk was friendly.

Cheap but really hard for families
Decent price for the area but a few important things to note. There is no AC and the room gets stuffy. We asked for an extra key (they give one) and they couldn’t give extra which is hard with a family for 4. Asked for extra pillows but they couldn’t do it. Hotel is in a busy area and is loud all day (and night). They don’t have staff after midnight so, with one key is risky to go out if you come back late. Bigger things (especially for families or solo female travelers) is that the hotel is near a Cabernet and gambling area. So it’s loud and lots of men around especially at night. It’s generally safe of course but just feels creepy. Breakfast is ok. Eggs, yogurt, a few types of sandwich meat slices. Room is bare minimum but expected with the price. Tight for 4 and most (or all) rooms are along the street so you hear ambulances (a lot on the weekend nights) and people being loud. It’s ok for seasoned travelers but hard for families or wary travelers. Location is great as it’s just a few minutes by foot to Marianplatz, bus and train stops, and places to eat.

Terrible experience
In this ocassion the hotel was to bad that I had to stay at another hotel. It is a shame for hotels.com to have this hotel as an option, specially when your customer travels with kids. The hotel is dirty, old, and surrounded by strip clubs, it’s just like a dirty motel. I asked for a refund right after checking in and the guy told me I had to contact hotels.com. At this time I guess a refund is difficult but hopefully someone do something about it. This is the third time that bad info and fake pictures are used in your website, 3 bad hotels. Unless I hear from customer service this would be the last hotel I book here.

There is no air conditioning in the room. There is not enough plugs in the room. Hair dryer was not working! No elevator from 6th to 7th floor, so you need to take the stairs. The environment around the hotel is very very unsafe and absolutely not suitable for families with kids. Run away from this place!

Tyni rooms, even after we were offered to change a room - they were all very small, pictures do not represent the real size the rooms. No airconditioning, we were sweating every single minute when inside the room in the summer.
