Tip the staff and they will take care of your every need. The room service is on point and the rooms come with a room service credit. Doesn't hurt that they also give you free tickets to the MOMA. The vibe is modern

"This is the second time we've stayed here, after a stay a number of years ago. This is probably the most comfortable hotel room I've stayed in anywhere, a certainly in NYC. Beds extremely comfortable, a teriffic shower and a nice design that leaves plenty of room to relax. Location convenient to downtown and transportation uptown."

"It was a great stay. The hotel is lovely , with large comfortable rooms. I always have loved the breakfast on the terrace.
The only room for improvement is in the bathroom- it needs a refresh and better lighting- for women to apply makeup;)

The location is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
We stayed in a King Deluxe Room, which was very spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa. Our daughter, who studies at a nearby university, visited and stayed over one night. The hotel kindly provided extra bed linens for her to sleep on the sofa at no additional charge—a big plus in our experience. Thank you!
