Just beware when checking out. I was given a credit each day towards food, however, on checking out I had all these items listed for mini bar and room service which I did not use. It was refunded, but even still. Hotel is lovely and clean

Poor customer service!
The room is quite nice since it was recently renovated. However, customer service was so poor it has made our experience with the hotel extremely bad! From checking in, the reception lady was not very welcoming and wasn’t very willing to help. While we don’t mind the resort fee as it was pointed out to us by hotels.com, the hotel didn’t really want to explain to us what it covers. The laundry fee of $15 and food of $25 are nearly impossible to use.

We were staying after a Cruise & had no choice. I am a IHG member but I don't think that I would stay here again. The location was great but the in house food & alcohol were extremely expensive. $64 for a Club sandwich & a glass of wine !!!
