Avoid at all costs
The ONLY reason I returned to that place was to retrieve the luggage I left during my previous trip. Did I??? NO, I did not! I asked the front desk what I should do about it and I was carelessly instructed to “check with the porter”!!!! There was NO porter and even if it were he/she wouldn’t have known if my belongings were kept, stolen, discarded or shared among the staff!!!

Convenient location comfortable room.
Good location and a comfortable room. The check-in process was slow, with only one person at the desk and a long line waiting. We had arrived earlier and although there were rooms ready, they wanted $50 more for early check-in. So we left and came back. After waiting to check in, the line for the elevator was equally long, so another wait there. Might be nice for them to do early check-in without charge if the room is ready.

Elevator Issues
The room was a little rundown but comfortable. However, the elevator situation was terrible. My room was on the 10th floor but elevators continually went to the highest floor first then bypassed other floors once full. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator when checking out and finally caught one by pressing the up button first and going up before going down. There’s no call for this!

This place is horrible
I have nothing good to say about this place! If you take 1 review to heart, let it be this one. This place is awful! When we got to the hotel it is under construction! The staff was rude to us. We waited till 3 to check in. Got to our room, no towels, shower was dirty and had bugs in it and the hot water doesn’t work! In addition, the hotel room next to us smells like they’re chain smoking Marlboros, but this is a non smoking hotel ??? It’s also right outside the fire station so I hope you don’t plan to get any sleep because it is loud as hell. The ice machine Las didn’t work, to top it all off. Save yourself the hundreds of dollars and stay somewhere else.

Horrible experience
Rude at front desk, elevators broken, check bag in took a while, light not working over shower, house keeping walked in room when we said no, we said we were good and walked in on us anyway, beds not comfortable. Toilet keep backing up. Do not recommend this hotel not worth the value. No thermostat shown in picture
