Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!
Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Didn’t start off great when driving up to the Hotel and the Hotel sign had only a few letters working, this was a great indication that the rest of the stay was much like the sign. We walked into our room and it was TINY! There was myself and my partner and had no room to put our suitcases other then the only spare floor they had which wasn’t much. We were only given 2 head pillows, which to me is not normal in a hotel. We only received 1 bath towel, and 1 face washer which had dirty stains on it. Bathroom was ridiculous, so impractical - nowhere at all to put your belongings! We received an email asking how our check in went, so we said how tiny the room was. Received a phone call in the morning from the hotel manager asking us to call her back, We spoke to the Hotel Manager and she mentioned she saw we thought the room was too small, I mentioned that it wasn’t just that and there was a few other things but she didn’t seem interested to hear and said “I was calling you to offer you a complimentary upgrade” she said that it’s a King Suite (we previously had a queen) so we accepted, once we got to the new room I just laughed, it literally was only a bit bigger to be able to fit a king bed in there. The rooms were very dirty, no attention to detail AT ALL! See photos (there was an old blood stain on one of the pillows!). We got woken up at 8.35am by House Keeping 1 morning! Hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade! I would not recommend it.

Wouldn't recommend!!! Do not stay here

I only book hotels with free WIFI and this hotel had free WIFI but it us only in the lobby or near the pool. Paid WIFI in the room is $12.95 US per dat PER DEVICE....rediculous! Also don't book because the hotel has a pool is a plunge pool!

    Clean, but noisy.
Great room, although things like peeling paint should be fixed, but what is letting this hotel down is the noise - seriously, I hear sirens and traffic all night long. For the amount that is charged, double layer glass windows may be a good investment. Also, wasn't so hot on the $10 per day per device in room wifi charge.

Gabriel (night manager) was fantastic... Helped me change my room (late evening) due to unexpected change in my daughters early arrival. The earlier staff were "not so helpful"... That was the best part of the stay... we had a difficult time getting service from housekeeping. After 3 calls to get towels sent to the room, I finally had to go to the front desk to complain/request... finally got some towels after almost an hour...
