We stayed in Unit 9 which was the only seperate building from this Hotel. First of all, we park inside but then entrance to our unit is outside of the gate which i did not feel safe especially in that location. But I could undetstand since price was good. Worse part was room. Probably the most dirty room i ever slept. Sorry to say this but fleas, dirty floor and carpet, shower booth... also room was really humid

It was so not what I thought I was getting. The room was small basic cable, no real coffee maker just something to make hot water. There was nothing special about the room for the price I paid. I paid hotel rates, $250/2 nights for a motel.

Totally disappointed
The previous comments were misleading, as soon as we saw the place and room we wanted to leave but too late as they had charged my credit card. The location is very iffy, there is no room for proper parking, the bottom of the shower curtain is moldy, the room is very small, no cover sheets only a comforter, after 5pm they close the office (??), then the lady raised her voice when I could not understand because of her accent. Very noisy, the bathroom and back window have wrought iron that tells you the area. The positive was Robert who was very service oriented. Paid $300 for 2 days. Never again.

Poor
I had made a reservation over a month in advance only for the hotel to cancel the reservation on my day of travel, claiming my bank was at fault. However my bank was made aware of my travels and knew I had already made transactions. Hotels have no legal obligation to follow through with their contracts and this principle is unacceptable.

Great service.
Very nice small hotel. Room was clean. Bed is comfy with good sheets. Staff were very friendly. Location is down town LA. Close to convention center. Felt safe during the day but heard gunshots most nights. Would recommend.

Very good
I like the king size bed, cleanliness, and spacious walk-in shower. I didn’t like that the shower curtain was dirty and worn.

Poor
Thin walls, loud neighbors, sheets smell like colorax.
