"Stayed at this hotel, I liked that it’s super close to the Crypto arena, and lots of food nearby, grocery store etc. the staff was friendly. The room was as advertised. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary but it had what I needed and for the price you won’t find anything cheaper that close. Very vintage building so that was cool."

"I booked a room with two beds, and the table in between the two beds was very dirty. It takes a while to check in, and the hotel keys are labeled incorrectly. My neighbor, who lived next to mine, was quite loud. Without telling me, the staff would go inside my room and clean when I'm outside. CONTEXT: When I booked this hotel, the website did NOT state there were cleaning services in the morning. The bathroom sink was barely flowing water, and it was mostly just hot water, which did not help...

"Absolutely amazing hotel it’s our second time staying there. It was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We got upgraded vouchers all kinds of amazing stuff. It’s definitely in my top five hotels. I’ve ever been in and I’ve traveled around the world. If you haven’t stayed here it’s a must close to everything around walking distance or Uber. Thank you to all the amazing staff and everybody there and their coffee shop has absolutely amazing coffee as well."

"Most hospitable and amicable staff I’ve ever experienced! The rooms were a little outdated, but clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable and room service was fast and through. The amenities are amazing! Full gym, pool, basketball court, locker rooms w sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. Overall amazing stay, easy to find and access and in the heart of DTLA. Would stay again!"
