Cool Pool But Not Worth The Cost
At least two weeks before my stay, I reached out proactively to request a crib, a high chair, extra linens and my preference for reds for my complimentary bottle of wine (this resulted in an acknowledged email exchange). Upon arrival at 5:30pm, none of this was in my room. I called down to get the crib and high chair. The high chair straps were broken and the crib was unusable and filthy. I think we finally got spare linens around 8pm. We did not get a replacement crib until after 10pm even after several phone calls and visits to the front desk. The next day, I asked about my bottle of wine - they were out and offered to comp my valet. I still got charged for valet. No soap for the kitchen dishes. Paper towel roll was 75% used
