Zee at the bar was fantastic. Enjoyed spending time with friends in the lobby. Hosted many people with many different concerts going on in the area. Everyone was super cool and ran into a ton of random friends from all our different areas of life. It was kismet.

This was a great hotel for one person. I feel like there’s not enough storage space to hold another persons belongings, so unless you’re traveling with a light packer and you’re comfortable sharing a compact space with them it’ll be fine. Other than that it was a great hotel, it just needs an electric kettle in the room.

Quick Business Trip
Let's start with the elephant in the tiny rooms. Sure, the rooms were small -- but I didn't come here to hang in my room (which had everything I needed and more). I loved the huge windows and automated everything. The staff was BEYOND helpful, whether they were providing dining advice, helping with check in or pointing me in the direction of complementary coffee - I was very happy. Also, the location is perfection, right by the bus (if that's your thing), but right in the middle of elevated dining, WeWorks and more. The lobby itself is a work of art, super comfortable to work in and when I face-timed my 2 year old he lost his mind for the alligator on the table. Would 100p stay here again.

Amazing time and an amazing time
This was, by far, one of the best hotel stays that I’ve had to date. The staff is so friendly and considerate and it is evident that they really work well as a team and are happy to be there. There are so many amenities on-site (i.e bar, restaurant, ironing/steam room, and gym) and nearby. There were very minor inconveniences like having to go to the iron room opposed to having an iron in-room. However, it was no big deal because it was a high-end iron for everyone’s use. There is Grand Central Market (open restaurant with any type of food and dessert you can imagine). There is a corner store less than 200 feet away from the building. While the rooms may not be big, the staff and ambiance certainly make up for it. The devil is in details with all of the unique quirks and design schemes. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the staff makes sure to go out of their way for you. My significant other and I recently lost our newborn son and it was our first time getting away since everything happened. I mentioned this to our bartender, Taieast, in passing and she sent a personalized bouquet of flowers with a card to our room. I’m still crying as I type. I would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Angel, Jose, Taieast, and everyone else who was genuinely kind during my visit. All of your hard work is not in vain. We’ll be back!
