We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and tidy, all staff were really pleasant, they added new towels and emptied the bin the day after our arrival. I’m sure they would have made the beds if I hadn’t already. It was easy access to the tube and shopping, which is an absolute plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly fine hotel, for an extended weekend trip. Walls are thin, so if you want to sleep in, I advice earplugs. Room was cleaned daily. Only bad thing I can think of is that the floors are all carpeted, which is pretty gross, in my opinion.

It's not a 5* hotel, but doesn't pretend to be, bed was really comfortable, had all the amenities I needed. Staff were excellent, polite, amazingly helpful. The only downside is the cleaner walked into my room at 10.00 am when checkout is 11, good job I was dressed 🤦😂 would definitely stay here again ☺️

Excellent Location. I came for a business conference and meetings. It's very accessible from the nearest railway station and lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us with anything we needed.
